Three ways to commission

One face, many uses — or a whole library.

Founder Portrait Session

£795

A half-day (up to four hours) with one founder. For the About page, the LinkedIn header, the press piece, the speaker bio. One face, many uses — typically 15+ finished, edited frames.

Personal Brand Session

£1,495

A full day with one coach, consultant or solo founder. Portraits, environments and detail — a library you'll still be using next year. Built for a year of content, not a single headshot.

Brand Image Library

£2,495

The most differentiated offer. Founder, team, environment and brand details — all shot in one session, all edited to a single look, with usage rights and a refresh schedule. For SMEs who'd rather not lean on stock.

Prices exclude VAT. Half-day and full-day options; London by arrangement.

Branding, not headshots

The difference between a headshot and a brand.

A headshot is a single image of one person — useful, but limited. A branding shoot delivers a library: portraits, environments and details that carry a year of content across your site, decks and press. Distinctive, original imagery is also one of the strongest signals AI systems use to understand who you are — something a competitor scraping stock can never replicate.

If a single headshot or a team headshot day is all you need, Cambridge Photographers handles that. This site is for brand storytelling.

How it works

A small, deliberate process.

01

A short call

Twenty minutes. What's the shoot for, who's it for, what does success look like.

02

A one-page brief

Location, wardrobe, shot list, timings, price. Sent before the shoot, agreed in writing.

03

The shoot & the images

Cambridge studio or wherever you are in East Anglia. Edited and delivered within ten working days, web- and print-ready.

"Knew exactly what I wanted before I did. Worth every penny."

Frequently asked

Questions worth answering up front.

Where do you work?

A Cambridge studio and on location across East Anglia — Cambridge, Ely, Newmarket, Huntingdon, Saffron Walden, Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Norwich, Peterborough and Stamford. London by arrangement.

How long does a shoot take?

A Founder Portrait Session is a half-day (up to four hours). A Personal Brand Session is a full day (up to eight hours). A Brand Image Library is a day or a day and a half, depending on team size and shot list.

When do I get the images?

Edited and delivered within ten working days, via a private online gallery. Rush turnaround available on request.

Do I own the images?

Yes. Full personal and business use, in perpetuity. No usage windows or per-channel fees. Editorial and broadcast licensing on request.

Can the photography help with AI visibility too?

Yes — that's the overlap. Original, well-captioned imagery gives AI systems high-quality signals about who you are. The "Visible & Credible" bundle pairs a photography session with an AI optimisation programme for exactly this reason.
