EVENT

At the service of your communication

Capturing event reportage has a fundamental aim in corporate communication: it allows you to talk about your event, and therefore your actions, beyond the people invited to it. Thus, you multiply the results and capitalise on the energy you have spent organizing it.

By talking about your event and showing the photos, you will send a message that your company is active in its field of activity. It is no longer just one actor among others; it becomes a reference.

Blogs, press relations, social networks, corporate publications, etc.—the media on which you can distribute the photos of your event report are numerous and ensure that you reach a large audience. An audience that goes far beyond the participants in this event. You get no longer just a few dozen or a few hundred people but thousands.

So do not hesitate any longer: If you are organizing a corporate event, call on a professional photographer to value your participants, speakers, and organization.

We were delighted with the photographs that Jean-Luc took at the Institute’s 25th Anniversary celebrations. They perfectly captured the mood of the occasion, including some smashing portrait photos as well as large and small group photos. They will provide a fabulous record of the day for years to come. Jean-Luc’s manner was charming and non-intrusive and we have no hesitation in recommending him highly to others.

Capitalize on your event

As I have already explained, an event photographer will allow you to communicate your actions beyond the only participants at your event and multiply the beneficial effects. It will also allow you to extend the link to the participants of your event.

Indeed, you can send them a newsletter to thank them for participating. Integrating the photos of your reportage will make this return more lively and revive their memories of helpful or pleasant moments spent in your company.

Advice

Event photography is a pretty specialised market. It requires the event photographer to be constantly aware of what is happening around him, make good use of the light, and get good pictures. Ideally, it would be best to have an unobtrusive photographer who does not disturb the guests and people present constantly. Event photography combines bits of photojournalism and street photography. Your photographer needs to move around the crowd without being noticed too much, but he also needs to document what is going on without interfering.
